Lake Eden Arts Festival
aka "The LEAF" this is a wonderful festival of music, arts, and (of course) poetry in Black Mountain, NC. It takes place both fall and spring. They boast both a Youth Poetry Slam and an all ages big money grand Poetry Slam headed up by Jim Navé.

The Dead Poets
Finger-snapping musico-poetic syncopated styling and melodic machinations harmonizing the words of poets in various stages of decomposition and if they're rolling in their graves, at least it's to a bossa nova beat from this popular acoustic trio formerly known as the 3pop Poetry Band.
